Position Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Elixir developer to join the Doofinder team. The Doofinder team has developed since 2011 the top search engine for website and ecommerce, that helps retailers online to increase their sales.

We are looking for smart, innovative, and driven developers. We will consider applicants with, at least, 1-2 years experienced in the technologies listed below, however you must have Elixir skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Software engineering with a healthy dose of performance engineering.
  
• Use Elixir to develop and maintain backend systems.
  
• Work within your team and with other teams to ensure the overall vision of the project is being fulfilled.
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Permission to work within the EU is a must.
• Demonstrably Elixir skills. (2 years)
  
• Expertise with Phoenix framework.
• Ability to work independently.
  
• The ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to new environments
• You have good English communication skills, both spoken and written

Bonus points for any of the following:

• Experience with a variety of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience working with Python and Django
