Our plans include request limits for each product — Search, Recommendations, and Quiz — designed to cover most usage patterns. While we don’t extend limits for individual products, we monitor usage to make sure your store is always covered.
If you consistently need more requests for one product, we’ll assign the plan that fully supports your overall usage. That way, everything works seamlessly and your customers always get the best experience.

No. If you make monthly payments, you can stop using the service at any time by notifying us, and we will stop the monthly charges. If you choose to pay annually, you will receive a 10% discount, but please note that annual payments are a one-time, non-refundable payment.

A request is counted each time our server responds to an action. Here’s how requests are calculated.

• Search Queries: Requests are generated as users type a search query and interact with the search results. For example, each keystroke that triggers new search results counts as one request. By default, Doofinder begins displaying results after the third keystroke. This means that one complete search may generate multiple requests. You can always modify this threshold from your Admin Panel.
• Indexing: Requests are generated when data is indexed or updated. For example, indexing or updating an export of 1,000 items generates 10 requests.
• API Calls: Requests are generated when using Management and Search APIs to implement Doofinder results natively. Crawler: Each page crawled to update your search engines counts as one request.
