Doofinder wishes to inform the users of this website that the present declaration reflects the data protection policy followed by Doofinder. What data do we collect in Doofinder?

Data collection/processing is carried out through different access routes:

  • Information you provide to us. To use our services you must register for a Doofinder account. During this process we will ask you for certain personal information such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number or, in order to proceed with the invoicing, your credit card details.

For our Services, it is also necessary that you provide us with the database of your products or services. In this sense, it is the Client / User who is responsible for the information entered in our platform. Therefore, and although Doofinder does not require or treat personal data in this sense, it is the Client / User who is responsible for the dissemination of the information contained and disseminated through our platform. Doofinder, in no case, will be responsible for such diffusion made by the Client / User.

  • Data we collect through the use of our services. We may collect data about what queries your users make and how they use our services. This data includes: specific data about your users’ devices (such as, for example, the model of equipment, operating system version, the unique identifiers and network data). In general, our service automatically collects usage information (number and frequency of visitors to the site) and its components. This type of data allows us to find out how often users use the service so that we can make it better. This statistical data is shared with our clients so that they can improve their website and the services they provide. If you are our client and you need to exercise the rights recognized in the data protection regulations (access, suppression, portability, limitation of treatment, as well as not to be the object of automated decisions), as well as not to receive communications from Doofinder, please contact us at info@doofinder.com / lopd@doofinder.com, and in the case of unsubscribing from electronic communications, follow the unsubscribe instructions included in each marketing e-mail. We also aim to inform you clearly about the data we collect so that you can make appropriate choices about its use. For example, you will be able to:

How long will we keep your personal data?

Your data will be kept for the minimum time necessary for the proper provision of the service offered, as well as to meet the responsibilities that may arise from it and any other legal requirement.

In order to safeguard the security of your personal data, we inform you that we have adopted all the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the personal data provided. All this to avoid its alteration, loss, and/or unauthorized treatment or access, as required by law, although absolute security does not exist.
